Description

Error Message

You cannot make changes to your vault at this time

Cause

A client Trace from the affected user shows that the Virtual Vault has gone into read-only mode because the underlying MDC (which is the PST type format of the Virtual Vault) is in read-only because the Root Container for the top-level folder has not been copied from the user's Mailbox to the directory database.
