The current installed license has expired.  The date of expiry can be seen in Event ID 4213

To verify the validity of your current licenses and obtain any additional licenses that may required, please contact Veritas Customer Care.

 

 

Issue/Introduction

Enterprise Vault has many types of licenses, some of which have a limited lifetime. Licenses will be checked each time the Enterprise Vault Admin Service is started. If the license check fails during the initialization of the Enterprise Vault Admin Service, then an Event ID 4217 will be logged in the Veritas Enterprise Vault event log.
