Cause
This issue can occur when there is an excess of temporary MAPI profiles.
Resolution
Perform the following steps
1. Go to Control Panel.
2. Open the MAIL icon
3. Click on Show Profiles... button to see the list of available profiles.
4. Delete all profiles beginning with VaultMBXAgent- or EV_.
5. Click the OK button to close the window.
6. Reboot the EV server
7. Run the wizard again
Issue/Introduction
When running the Enable Mailbox Wizard in the Administration Console of Enterprise Vault (EV), it fails with Event ID 3139.
