Steps needed to perform on Enterprise Vault (EV) Server to disable the warning:
 

1. Log on to the EV Server using the Vault Service Account.
2. Open the Vault Admin Console (VAC).
3. Expand Enterprise Vault | Directory on... | Vault_Site_Name | Policies |  Exchange | Mailbox
4. Right click on the Exchange Mailbox Policy and select Properties.
5. Select the Advanced Tab.
6. Select the List Settings from: as Archiving General.
7. Then select Include default and anonymous permissions and click on Modify and select Off. Then click on OK.
8. Then select Warn if default or anonymous permissions exist and click on Modify and select Off. Then click on OK.
9. Then click on Apply and OK.
10. Open Vault Site Name | Enterprise Vault Server | EV Server Name | Tasks.
11. Right-click the Exchange Mailbox Archiving Task for Exchange Server Name and select Properties.
12. Select the Synchronization tab.
13. Select All mailboxes, click on Synchronize.
14. Wait until all mailboxes synchronize.
15. Restart all Enterprise Vault Services.
