Cause
This occurs when the ID file configured for use by Enterprise Vault to log into Lotus Notes no longer exists.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, specify a valid Notes ID file in the Enterprise Vault Administration Console.
- In the administration console, expand the Directory object, expand the Site object, expand the Targets object, and expand the Domino object.
- Right-click the Domino domain for your environment and choose Properties.
- Note the name of the ID file used by Enterprise Vault. If the name is not correct, choose the appropriate ID file from the dropdown menu.
Note: Enterprise Vault will only be able to select ID files stored in the server's Lotus Notes data path. If the appropriate ID file does not exist, it will need to be manually copied to the Notes data path before it will be selectable in Enterprise Vault.
- Press OK.
- Restart the Enterprise Vault Admin Service
