Description:
The mailbox /o=First Organization/ou=First Administrative Group/cn=Recipients/cn=EVUser001, has exceeded its "Prohibit Send & Receive" limit and cannot be processed.

Maximum allowed: 100000 KB
Current level : 100821 KB

If you wish Enterprise Vault to archive items from this mailbox then this quota must be removed.

Cause

Enterprise Vault cannot archive a mailbox when the Exchange storage limits for Prohibit Send & Receive have been exceeded.

Resolution

Run Exchange Mailbox Archiving Task as Report Mode to check Quota information below.

(Quota limit)
The mailbox storage limit.

(Quota used)
The used percentage of the mailbox storage limit.

(% of Quota free)
The unused percentage of the mailbox storage limit.

In order to archive this mailbox, the following workarounds are available:

1. User must clean out their mailbox

2. Storage limits for the mailbox can be increased

3. The Prohibit Send & Receive limits can be changed and/or removed
