Error Message
Dtrace of Admin Service will show the following
"Unable to write EV_Parameter in users mailfile (test.nsf), Mailbox Quota limitations."
Cause
The affected Domino mailbox has reached its quota limits, therefore Enterprise Vault is unable to write the required profile document EV_Parameters to get the mailbox properly enabled.
Resolution
1. Login to Domino Mail server and remove the Mailbox quota of affected user.
2. Run the proviosioning task to enable the user and start the archiving.
3. Once mailfile size decreases below the earlier quota limits then enable the mailbox quota.
Issue/Introduction
While running the Enable Mailbox wizard, it fails showing the error "Unknown cause"
