Cause
This issue will occur if the TEMP directory being used for the Vault Service Account (VSA) is not accessible. This can be verified by running %TEMP% at the START > RUN command.
Resolution
- Right click on MY COMPUTER on the Desktop or Start Menu and select Properties.
- Click on the Advanced tab.
- Click on Environmental Variables.
- Modify the paths listed in the TEMP and TMP variables to valid and accessible paths under User variables.
Issue/Introduction
Journal archiving is not archiving any new messages, instead the messages are being moved to the Failed to Copy folder.
