Cause
Problem with the Domino Journal database.
Resolution
1. Stop the Router task on the Domino server and it might be necessary to flush the dbcache. (tell router quit and dbcache flush from the Domino server console)
2. Stop the EV Domino Journaling task on the EV server.
3. Move the original Journal database to another location.
4. Start the Router task on the Domino Server and a new Journal database will be created. (Load Router from the Domino server console)
5. Copy the messages left in the original Journal database to the new one (if messages fail to copy, these might be the ones causing the problem).
6. Start the EV Domino Journaling task to process the messages in the new Journal database(s).
