The requirements to run the EVDominoExporter.exe under an account other than the VSA are:
- The account is a member of the local admin group on the Enterprise Vault(EV) server and the SQL server hosting the EV databases
- From the EV Administration Console (Advanced Features), access the Authorization Manager and grant the account the 'Power Administrator' Role
- The path to the template to use for the new mail file is the Notes Client installation folder
