No error is presented.
Cause
The affected user's profile within CA or DA has either grown too large or has become corrupted in such a way as to cause delays in displaying any content on any tab or page.
Resolution
A new user profile will need to be created for each affected user. The steps to accomplish this must be performed under the guidance of a Veritas CA / DA Technical Support Engineer (TSE) while the user has the CA / DA Client closed. Please contact Veritas Support Services for assistance with the solution to this issue.
Issue/Introduction
For an existing Compliance Accelerator (CA) or Discovery Accelerator (DA) user, the CA or DA Client becomes unresponsive or responds extremely slowly; however, a newly added user does not experience any performance degradation when utilizing the same Client instance.
