This issue will occur if a supported version of Microsoft Outlook is not installed on the EV for Domino server where the items are stored.
To resolve this issue, ensure that a supported version of Microsoft Outlook is installed on the EV for Domino server where the items are stored.
Refer to the Enterprise Vault compatibility list to determine which versions of Outlook are supported for your version of Enterprise Vault.
