Enterprise Vault is attempting to create an EVFolderPoint.xml on the folder and cannot as the folder quota limit set on the folder level has been exceeded or the volume no longer has free disk space.
If folder quota size exists, ensure that it has not been exceeded. If there is no available space on the volume then increase the volume to allow for free space.
