 Connectivity test pop up shows following error on the screen:

Event ID 28944 is logged on EV Server:

 

A Dtrace of StorageManagement shows following:

Error: server error code SignatureDoesNotMatch

LSU creation failed for lsu "Bucket_Name" (rv = 2060029)

Cause

Incorrect secure access key ID

Bucket limit reached on the Amazon storage.

Resolution

  1. Log onto the EV Server using Vault Service Account credentials.
  2. Go to properties of affected Vault Store partition configured to migrate data to Amazon S3 storage.
  3. Click on Advanced tab, re-enter the Amazon secure access key ID.
  4. Restart the Storage Service and confirm the connectivity test is successful.
  5. If above steps fails to resolve the issue, confirm if the bucket limit is not exceeded on Amazon console.
  6. If bucket limit is exceeded, then creation of new bucket will be prohibited.
