Enterprise Vault 10 Indexes were not moved using the Manage Index wizard.

Reset the Indexing engine using the instructions in Related Article HOWTO59060

To prevent this from occurring in the future, Enterprise Vault 10 Indexes need to be moved using the Manage Index wizard option Change Location. See Related Article HOWTO59084
