Error Message
"There are no items to show in this view"
Cause
This issue can occur if Archive Explorer results are shown from cache or if the user's archive in empty.
Resolution
- From the right pane of Archive Explorer, right-click anywhere in the white-space and click Refresh.
- To determine if the user's archive is empty, run the Vault Usage Report:
- On the Enterprise Vault server, launch Internet Explorer.
- For the URL, enter https://localhost/EnterpriseVault/usage.asp
- Click on the Vault store that the archive resides in.
- Select the View usage report by Archive Name.
- Find the archive, and note the total items.
- If there are no items, then the error can be ignored.
- If there are items in the archive, refer to the articles in the Related Articles section to continue troubleshooting.
