Your account does not have access to the vault containing this item.
If the sender sends an email with an attachment is an EV archived item and the receiving user does not have access to the senders archive then the user will get an access error. This is because the receiving user has not been given permissions to the archive where the archived attachment resides.
1. Educate users to forward the original items and not the archived items.
2. Grant permission to the user or users who want to access this archived item over the vault of the user who originally moved the item to the common mailbox. However, the issue is by doing this is that these users will have access to all items within that particular archive and not just the item sent within the mail. This would not be a recommended way depending on your business policies and procedures.
3. For the situation where a user forwards an archived mail ensure that the desktop policy setting "Forward Original Item" is set to original. This ensures that if a user forwards an archived mail the original mail is sent and not the shortcut itself.
