DTRACE Information:
To validate if this is the issue a DTRACE is needed, please perform the following steps on the EV server that has generated Event ID 41293 while re-creating the issue.

• DTRACE the processes ArchiveTask and AgentClientBroker for no less than 5 minutes while re-creating the issue.
• Open the log file created and search for either of the following the strings:

Incorrect SiteID entry in registry on Enterprise Vault (EV) Server.

This issue can be resolved by correcting the registry entry on Enterprise Vault (EV) Server.

Warning: Incorrect use of the Windows registry editor may prevent the operating system from functioning properly. Great care should be taken when making changes to a Windows registry. Registry modifications should only be carried-out by persons experienced in the use of the registry editor application. It is recommended that a complete backup of the registry and workstation be made prior to making any registry changes.

1. Login to EV Server using Vault Service Account (VSA) credentials.
2. Open registry, goto run and type regedit
3. Find the entry and replace it with correct SiteID.
4. Restart the Enterprise Vault Services or reboot the server for changes to take effect.
