Your browser does not support JavaScript. You may need to modify your browser settings or add this site to your Trusted site list to use Clearwell.
Cause
The Clearwell Confirmation ServerURL needs to be added to the "trusted site" within Internet Explorer
Resolution
1. Open Internet option from Internet Explorer or Windows Control Panel
2. Go to Security tab, then click Trusted site --> Sites
3. Add https://clearwell_Confirmation_server.com to the zone list.
Issue/Introduction
The following error may be generated when opening up a link in Legal Hold notice email.
