eDP Services are running but the User Interface is not accessible

Resolution
If appliance does not come up after performing a services restart:
1. Ensure that the "World Wide Web publishing Service" (IIS) is not running on the appliance
2. Stop all eDP services using the "Clearwell Utility"
3. Open a command prompt, and type the following:
a. d:\> cd \CW\\tomcat\bin
b. catalina start
4. Open the browser and verify that the UI displays
5. Close the browser, return to the command prompt window and type the following:
a. catalina stop
6. Start the "EsaApplicationService : FireDaemon" from the Windows Services console
7. Open the browser and verify that the UI displays
8. Start all eDP services using the "Clearwell Utility"
9. Verify login to the eDP UI is successful
Issue/Introduction
In some circumstances, the Clearwell appliance comes up, but the user is still unable to access the user interface via the browser link.
