[#80059] Crawler read-ahead request timed out. Action: {0.EN_US}
Cause
If a loose file is very large or a message contains a large number of recipients or distribution lists, eDiscovery may not be able to process the item within the default retrieval timeout of 30 seconds (30000 milliseconds).
Resolution
- Log into eDiscovery with System Manager credentials and open the Property Browser in System > Support Features.
- Select the case (or system): System
- Name of property to change: esa.queryengine.contentretrieval.timeout.ms
- New value (leave blank to remove): 60000 or higher (Default = 30000)
(This value is in milliseconds.)
- Restart services for the change to take effect.
Issue/Introduction
A Metadata Export with Natives may complete as a Partial Success if it contains items which cannot be processed within the default timeout period.
