The issue may occur if the Vault Service Account (VSA) does not have the required permissions to view the Public Folder properties.

The solution is to re-run the SetEVExchangePermisisons.ps1 script (Granting the Enterprise Vault Vault Service Account the correct permissions for Microsoft Exchange), which will reapply all permissions that are required.

If after re-running the SetEVExchangePermisisons.ps1 script does not resolve these errors, please look through the permissions that the script applies (Microsoft Exchange permissions assigned to the Vault Service account) and check if the Public Folder Database has explicit permission changes that are overriding the inherited applied permissions.
