Cause
Collection folder was missing
Resolution
Confirm and Recreate the folder path:
- Open Properties of the Partition and select the Collection tab.
- Take note of the path and verify that it exists exactly the way it displays on the local sever.
- After creating the missing path and/or folder, restart the storage service.
- Test a manual archive and verify the events are no longer occurring.
Note: When there are multiple Vault Stores hosted by one server, verify that all the collection folder paths exist.
Issue/Introduction
During a scheduled archive run or a manual archive, the errors below will flood the Enterprise Vault (EV) event logs.
