Cause
This issue can occur when there is a hardware load balancer between the EV and Exchange server causing a communication issue.
Resolution
A workaround for this is to bypass the hardware load balancer by adding a host file entry so that the EV server may communicate directly with a single Client Access Server (CAS). See Related Article TECH169970 for further details.
