Load file tagging error: Tagging didn't complete successfully, please refer the support page.

Cause

Overall Solution

The load file imported data contains invalid structures or the import template used is not configured correctly.

Example issues

1. The length of an individual folder name in the folder structure is over 35 characters in length. There is a limit of 35 characters on the folder or subfolders when importing through a loadfile.

2. The total length of the folder structure is over 255 characters in length. There is a limit of 255 characters for all folder and subfolder names.

Resolution

1. Remove the error message

  • To remove the error message requires the removal of a case level property
  1. Log in to Veritas Clearwell eDiscovery as a user with system administrator privileges
  2. Click System
  3. Click Support Features
  4. Select Property Browser  from the Choose a Support Feature
  5. Select from the Select the case (or system) option
  6. Enter esa.postproc.error.IMPORT_TAG_ERROR in the Name of property to change option
  7. Check the Confirm change. Are you sure? option
  8. Click Submit

2. Re-import the data with the correct template or once the data has been structured correctly.
