Error Message

The following error is displayed in the User Interface:

#41047 Unable to retrieve email content: 41047 Unable to retrieve email content

The following error is displayed in the NSFRetriever.log file:

INFO root null - Retriever in fatal state, restarting

1. Login to the eDP UI and go to System > Support Features > Property Browser
2. In the field Name of property to change type in the property name (found in step 4)
3. In the field New value (leave blank to remove) type into the corresponding property value (found in step 4)
4. Set the following ESA properties to the corresponding values:
   1. esa.queryengine.dynamicsnippet.enabled = false 
   2. esa.queryengine.contentretrieval.timeout.ms = 180000
   3. esa.crawler.retrievalSessionCount = 100
5. Click Submit to save each property change
6. Perform Option 7 in the Clearwell Utility
