Error Message

The following lines are seen in the EV Client Log during the Vault Cache synch:

    [L]: EVMSP: [Prop::GetLastError] Exit: S_OK

    [M]: EVMSP: [Prop::GetLastError] hResult: MAPI_E_NO_ACCESS
    [M]: EVMSP: [Prop::GetLastError] Flags: 0x80000000

Cause

This can occur when the hidden message on the mailbox is corrupted or cannot be read.

Resolution

1. Zap the mailbox using the script from in the Related articles section

2. Delete the user's Vault Cache files from the workstation

3. Re-enable the user and attempt to synchronize Vault Cache again

 

 

Issue/Introduction

Vault Cache Header and Content Synch both fail. Resetting the Vault Cache, including deleting the current Vault Cache and fails. Attempting to build a Vault Cache for the same user on a different machine also does not work.
