Cause
The user does not have permission on the OVRootDirectory.
Resolution
- Confirm whether the OVRootDirectory specified in the desktop policy matches with the one seen in the Registry on the affected client machine.
- If matches, then provide full permission to the affected user on the OVRootDirectory(on client machine).
Issue/Introduction
The "Configure VaultCache" option is not present but the user is enabled for Vault Cache in the desktop policy.
