The following lines can be seen in the client trace of the affected user 's machine.

Cause

The user does not have permission on the OVRootDirectory.

 

Resolution

  1. Confirm whether the OVRootDirectory specified in the desktop policy matches with the one seen in the Registry on the affected client machine.
  2. If matches, then provide full permission to the affected user on the OVRootDirectory(on client machine).

Issue/Introduction

The "Configure VaultCache" option is not present but the user is enabled for Vault Cache in the desktop policy.
