How to restrict users from deleting archived items while allowing storage expiry to delete items.

To restrict users from deleting items from archives manually, follow the steps below:
- Login to Enterprise Vault Server using Vault Service Account credentials.
- Open Vault Admin console and expand to Retention Categories section.
- Choose the retention category under which you would like to allow this behavior.
- Check the box in front of "Prevent user deletion of items with this category"
By configuring Retention Category in this manner, users cannot delete items from their archives which are stamped with this retention category. While Storage Expiry can still automatically delete items which are expired based on the retention period.
Note: This retention category configuration setting is only available from EV 10 SP4 onwards.
Issue/Introduction
In some scenarios there is need to delete items automatically by using the Storage Expiry feature and restrict users from deleting items from archives manually.
