Cause
Limitations within PDF Meld (a sub-component of eDiscovery)
Resolution
Workarounds:
1. If the image is a loose file (not attached to an emai)l:
- Create a Production
- Export the file as an image (PDF)
2. If the image file is an attachment to an email, you could use the above method, or:
- In Analysis & Review, click on the Download link.
- Save the item to disk.
- Open the downloaded item with a 3rd party tool compatible with that file type.
- Print to PDF from that tool.
Issue/Introduction
When trying to print JPG's or GIF's to PDF from Analysis & Review, the following error is seen in the Job Status Log.
