 Limitations within PDF Meld (a sub-component of eDiscovery)

Resolution

Workarounds

1.  If the image is a loose file (not attached to an emai)l:

  • Create a Production
  • Export the file as an image (PDF)

2.  If the image file is an attachment to an email, you could use the above method, or:

  • In Analysis & Review, click on the Download link.
  • Save the item to disk.
  • Open the downloaded item with a 3rd party tool compatible with that file type.
  • Print to PDF from that tool.

Issue/Introduction

When trying to print JPG's or GIF's to PDF from Analysis & Review, the following error is seen in the Job Status Log.
