Restore missing items through EV backups or rebuild faulty EV indices to remove non-existant items from the index.
Verify through the EV Administrative Console, the Index/Volume is healthy.  Recommend synchronizing the volume.

To verify the item no longer exists in the Enterprise Vault storage location, use the P2 extraction tool.  Obtain the ArchiveID and the SavesetID from the error logs.
