This issue and similar issues may be due to an Antivirus Outlook add-in causing an issue with the EV Outlook client add-ins
As a Troubleshooting Step:
Disable the antivirus Outlook add-ins from within Outlook.
1. In Outlook, click on File | Options
2. Click on Go (Manage Add-ins)
3. Uncheck AntiVirus Outlook add-in
4. Click OK and restart Outlook
If the issue no longer occurs after disabling the A\V Outlook Add-in then further investigation is needed to provide a permanent solution. Please call into the Veritas Support line for further assistance in troubleshooting.
