Description

Error Message

By default, all tags will be included in the reports (up to the maximum of 50). Choose which tags should be included in report generation.

Cause

Statistics for a case is set by default to no more than 50 tags.

Resolution

The tags limit can be changed by adding the property below:

esa.reports.maxtags

Using the Property Browser under System > Support Features - Adjust the property “esa.reports.maxtags” to increase the number of tags set. This will also change the “up to the maximum” figure on the "Included Tags" section under Case Reports. This can be applied on an individual case.

Steps:
1. Navigate to System > Support Features
2. Choose Property Browser from the pull down
3. Fill out the fields appropriately
4. The property esa.reports.maxtags can be applied at the case level if desired
5. Fill out Name of property to change
6. Fill out New value with the new value desired
7. Check the Confirm change box
8. Click the Submit button.

Note:  Use caution when increasing the value of this property as a high value could potentially slow down the process and prevent the results from displaying.

Issue/Introduction

A case has over 50 tags configured and the reviewer progress in the Dashboard in eDiscovery says that the system cannot generate a statistics report for the Dashboard with a case with more than 50 tags. Is it possible to increase the limit of tags for Dashboard statistics?
