For example the following search of record w/2 bookings highlights the word record on the page that is outside the range of bookings
Cause
Once an item has been qualified a singe hit matching the proximity search, the hit highlighting for proximity searches is not limited by the proximity number. All references of the terms will be highlighted. For example, for the search budget w/10 issues, the terms "budget" and "issues" will be highlighted throughout the document not just when there are only 10 intervening terms or less.
Resolution
This is normal behavior.
Issue/Introduction
When running a proximity search in Veritas Clearwell eDiscovery, the system highlights terms of the search that are not within the proximity requested.
