[#41047] Unable to retrieve email content: content retrieval is disabled for this search for next 5 seconds.

Add the following system property via the Property Browser.

esa.queryengine.dynamicsnippet.enabled=false

To add the property, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to System > Support Features
2. Choose Property Browser from the pull down menu
3. Select System at the Select the case (or system)
4. Copy/Paste esa.queryengine.dynamicsnippet.enabled at Name of property to change
5. At the New Value (leave blank to remove) type false
6. Check the Confirm change. Are you sure? box
7. Click the Submit button.

When remote content information is embedded in the body of HTML, and "dynamic snippet" is turned on, it slows down searches due to dynamic text resolution. Dynamic text resolution is disabled by this property.  Only static text is displayed which speeds up search and retrievals.
