{CSimpleStore::FetchItem11:#5081} _com_error exception: [The specified Saveset does not exist. (0xc0041aac)]
The Saveset (Item) is in the Archive Index, but not located in the EV Storage location.
Workaround:
- Present the data set to the Clearwell case with the knowledge the items are missing from EV and cannot be retrieved. If 'Partial Success' is not acceptable and the root cause is missing items from EV Storage, there are two alternatives:
1. Restore the missing saveset to Storage from backup data. Run the Collection Task for errored items only to collect the missing items.
2. Rebuild the Archive Index to remove the saveset information. Run a new Collection Task. This will result in the count be lower since the missing items are no longer discovered.
Note: Understanding of the ramifications of rebuilding an Index are neccessary prior taking any action on the Index.
- Mailbox Archive rebuilds will the impact of the end user access until the rebuild is complete. Mailbox Archive rebuilds are typically quick with very little impact to the end user.
- Journal Archive rebuilds can take weeks or even months to complete. If rebuilding EV version 9 or older indices (32-bit index), the index is not accessible until the rebuild is complete. EV version 10 and newer indices (64-bit), the Archive is available during the rebuild process.
