[#60024] or [#60025] Unable to access case or ICP repository: Casename backup, restore, upgrade or recovery in progress

Cause

One of the following processes is occurring against the case that the user is trying to access:

  • A backup of the case is progress
  • A restore of the case is progress
  • An upgrade of the case is in progress
  • A recovery of the case is progress

Resolution

This behavior is by design so that the data does not change until the process is complete.  To be able to access the case, either wait for the process (one of the processes listed above) to finish or cancel the process that is running.
