Permissions required for Data Insight to access NetApp ACL information

In environments where an Administrator account is not feasible to use for discovery, Data Insight will require the user to be a member of the 'Power Users' group.
The Power Users group provides the minimum level of access security where share ACL information can be obtained.
Issue/Introduction
What are the permissions required to discover Share ACL information with NetApp discovery?
Share ACL information is only available to a user that has been granted access to the share.
