Cause
This error occurs when the sub-folder depth specified is greater than the actual number of sub-folders in the source location.
The sub-folder depth is specified using the option "Create a folder for every subfolder N level(s) under source" on the "Sources & Pre-Processing" page (Figure 1).

Resolution
Ensure that the sub-folder depth specified is not greater than the actual number of sub-folders in the source location. Alternatively, upgrade to Clearwell version 7.1.3 (or later) where this issue has been resolved (ESA-29187).
Note: Even when using a version of Clearwell where this issue is resolved (7.1.3 or later), still be careful not to specify a sub-folder depth greater than the actual number of sub-folders in the source location. Doing this will (correctly) result in no source data being discovered.
