Cause

The synchronization of the Escalation Manager field with Active Directory is unavailable in the current versions of Clearwell. At this time, the Escalation Manager is to be manually selected for each Custodian.


 

Resolution

To enter the Escalation Manager for a Custodian:

  1. From "All Cases", click on "Employee list" to display the profiles.
  2. Click on the name of the desired Custodian to open the profile and the Escalation Manager field is available. 
  3. Click "Browse" and the list of employees is displayed. 
  4. Select the employee to be the Escalation Manager for this Custodian from the list and click "Save".
 

 

Issue/Introduction

The Clearwell Active Directory Employee Attribute Mapping from System > Directories and Servers > Employee Attribute Mapping feature allows synchronization of fields with Active Directory. The Escalation Manager field is locked and cannot be edited (currently blank).
