CRAWLER_DROPPED_MSG [#10025] Message referred by a URN could not be retrieved
Cause
During the processing phase this may be caused by a MAPI error on the message file or from a message file from within a PST.
Resolution
The following error is displayed in the exported Exceptions Report:
Reason Code - Crawler dropped
Description - [#10025] Message referred by a URN could not be retrieved.
Please note that there are a number of other MAPI-type errors that may fall into this category.
The content of the document could not be retrieved for some reason, generally due to a MAPI error. This indicates that there is an issue with the message file and it will need to be addressed outside of Clearwell before the file can be processed.
