Cause
The Adobe Systems Inc. 'Shockwave Flash Object' add-on is Disabled.
Resolution
Enable the Internet Explorer(IE) Add-on 'Shockwave Flash Object' from Adobe Systems Inc.
1. Navigate to Internet Explorer Tools | Manage add-ons
2. Then Enable the Adobe Systems Inc. 'Shockwave Flash Object' add-on.
3. Press F5 to refresh the Internet Explorer web page and the items will appear.
Issue/Introduction
Opening certain areas of the product will display no information. Areas affected could include, but not limited to 'All Legal Holds', 'All Collections' and sections under System tabs (See Figures 1 and 2).
