Type mismatch on external name: UIMEMODOCUMENT

Issue is known to occur when the local replica of the mail file is set to Not accept deletions from the server.
A manual design replacement of the local replica of the mail file resolves the issue.
Steps:
Note: These steps will require the assistance of a Domino Administrator.
1. Copy the mail file (.NSF file) from the Clearwell source location to another computer and open the Lotus Notes client.
2. Open the mail file, and then go to File menu, Application, Replace Design.
2. In the Replace Design dialog box, Select "Mail (R8.5) or your Template" and then click Replace.
3. Wait until it completes.
4. Close the Notes Client.
5. Copy the mail file back to the eDiscovery source location replacing the original.
