Cause
DNS CNAME record missing for EV server alias.
Resolution
This issue can be resolved by creating required DNS CNAME record for Enterprise Vault Server alias.
Issue/Introduction
Enterprise Vault (EV) Storage Archive process keeps restarting and archiving progress shows increasing backlog in mailboxes.
Following events are logged on EV Server.
