  • Unable to retrieve models: HTTP request error
  • Unable to retrieve report start date: HTTP request error
  • Unable to retrieve user list:
  • Unable to retrieve labels: HTTP request error
  • Unable to retrieve folder list:
  • Unable to retrieve chart: HTTP request error

Cause

If this occurs, the Review Dashboard will not function correctly.

This will occur if a setting has been changed in Internet Explorer. This may be due to a change in policy or a recent Windows Update.

If the above mention steps do not resolve the issue, try clearing out the Internet explorer cache and then closing and reopen the browser.

Resolution

Uncheck the "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" option within Internet Explorer.

  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Go into Internet options
  3. Select the “Advanced” tab
  4. Scroll down to the Security list and find the entry for “Do not save encrypted pages to disk”
  5. Uncheck this option and select “OK”

Unchecking this setting will prevent the error messages from appearing and the Review Dashboard will display properly.

 

 

Issue/Introduction

When you open the Case Review Dashboard, the following errors may appear on the User Interface(UI) in a similar order to this:
