Reason: The message could not be dispatched because the service at the endpoint address 'net.tcp://localhost/EnterpriseVaultAPI/Search/SOAPSearch.svc' is unavailable for the protocol of the address.

Cause
Lotus Domino Server running on Enterprise Vault Domino Gateway (EVDG) Server was configured to use port 443 for its HTTP task.
EVDG Server runs IIS http as well as Domino Http services/tasks, different ports should be configured for Domino http as by default IIS uses port 80 or 443.
Resolution
This solution only applies to scenario mentioned in Cause section
1. Using the Domino Admin client, open Server Document of EVDG Server.

4. Reboot the EVDG Server and test the EV Search feature.

Simultaneously, Event 41520 is logged on EV Server stating: Unable to contact the Search API.
Reason: The message could not be dispatched because the service at the endpoint
address 'net.tcp://localhost/EnterpriseVaultAPI/Search/SOAPSearch.svc' is unavailable for the protocol of the address.
Deployment scanner also reports warning for "Net.Tcp Listener Adaptor service"
