The property for esa.archiver.fileextraction.thread.timeout is set to 300 seconds and this causes the limitation

Increase the esa.archiver.fileextraction.thread.timeout property value to provide enough time for the larger files.
 

1. Navigate to System > Support Features
2. Under Step 1: Choose a support feature, select Property Browser
3. Under Step 2: Choose an Appliance, select the server for which you wish to make a change.
4. Select the case (or system) "System"
5. Under Name of property to change, enter esa.archiver.fileextraction.thread.timeout
6. Under New value (leave blank to remove), enter
7. Check this option, Confirm change. Are you sure?*
8. Click Submit (It will provide a confirmation of the change.)
9. Restart Clearwell services through Clearwell utility for the property to take effect.
