There is a workaround that stops this issue when a property change is made at the system level which will then prevent the occurrence of this scenario on all current and future cases as long as the property is not reverted.
1. Navigate to System > Support Features
2. Under the Choose a Support Feature, select Property Browser
3. In the field Name of property to change copy/paste
esa.scaleout.mergephase.hooktimeout
4. In the field New Value (leave blank to remove) type
10000
5. Check the box next to Confirm change.Are you sure?
6. Click the Submit button.
7. Restart the Clearwell Services and then log back into the affected case.
8. Rerun Post Processing on the case.
