From the DominoCollection_output.log:

Error in NSFDbOpen() when trying to connect to server: !! using account: \\\e$\notes_id\nsys.id, Notes error: File does not exist

Cause

The Lotus notes client is open on the eDiscovery server.

Resolution

  1. Verify that Lotus Notes is closed on the eDiscovery server for all users.
  2. Once verified, stop and re-start eDiscovery services.
  3. Run the Domino Collection.
 

 

Issue/Introduction

Domino collector is able to discover mailboxes from the Domino server, however keeps failing during collection.
