Error in NSFDbOpen() when trying to connect to server: !! using account: \\\e$\notes_id\nsys.id, Notes error: File does not exist
Cause
The Lotus notes client is open on the eDiscovery server.
Resolution
- Verify that Lotus Notes is closed on the eDiscovery server for all users.
- Once verified, stop and re-start eDiscovery services.
- Run the Domino Collection.
Issue/Introduction
Domino collector is able to discover mailboxes from the Domino server, however keeps failing during collection.
