Issue/Introduction
When running the eDiscovery Native Viewer (ActiveX) MSI Installer, it may report the following error:
This issue can occur when using the following MSI installers:
Error 1904.Module C:\Program Files\IGC\BravaClientX.dll failed to register. HRESULT -2147220473. Contact your support personnel.
This issue occurs because the MSI installer has a dependency on the "Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package".This issue can occur when using the following MSI installers:
Clearwell Native Viewer (ActiveX) 7.1.msi
Clearwell Native Viewer (ActiveX) 7.1SR1.msi
